Adapted tango enhances the physical-cognitive connection, improves quality of life, and boosts cognitive abilities by requiring attention to postural control, balance, and spatial memory. It offers sensory-motor benefits through its rhythmic structure and partner interaction, which aid in gait and functional mobility.
